I just wanted to drop you an email to let you know that we have been hugely impressed with Stoica’s work. The team have been incredibly helpful, responsive, flexible and understanding, particularly in light of the fact that there was such a delay to completion, and then a huge rush to get all work completed in order that we could move in within two weeks. We are also really happy with the standard of work, Ben has a keen eye. He has made some really helpful suggestions and has at all times been very mindful of budget, which was extremely important to us. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone embarking on an office fit out propject.

We have a great relationship with Ben and his team. They did a great job with refurbishments in our previous office and so when it came to fitting out our new office we knew who to turn to. They have done a fantastic job fitting out our new office – all through the design stage and during the build we were impressed with the level of communication and project management, and were delighted to see the project delivered on time. We contacted a number of office fit out companies to discuss our needs and when we met Ben from Stoica we felt we found someone who was interested in our project rather than just another job. He came recommended to us and quickly impressed us with the ability to rapidly come up with designs and ideas that met our needs and budget. I was confident from the first time I met Ben in my free consultation that he would deliver high quality service and results, he was full of creative ideas and had an edge over the other 2 quotes I had obtained, both with ideas and costings. I wasn’t disappointed throughout our project. He explained everything, kept in regular contact, project managed the builders; he was always there keeping a watchful eye to ensure they maintained the standards he expects. From the first visit we were provided with excellent professional advice about what was practical and would enable us to meet our project brief. The designs which followed showed a very good understanding of the issues and concerns we had identified and how they would be successfully addressed in the refurbishment. The communication throughout the project enabled us to feel confident about how the work was progressing in order to meet the proposed time-scale.
Our staff who are hardworking and committed professionals, are absolutely delighted with the refurbishment, feeling that they now have an attractive and professional space in which to work, meet and relax.

After a 4-way pitch STOiCA won the job to refurbish our new Pulsar office in Shoreditch. The brief was tight both in terms of time and budget, however, STOiCA tackled the project with imagination and a large amount of hard work and have produced an amazing space. The Pulsar team have had a smile on their face’s all of the first week as they make use of the cleverly designed and welcoming kitchen area and breakout spaces. STOiCA have achieved a great balance between contemporary designs and practicality to make sure we can accommodate all of our teams comfortably but have enabled more collaboration and conversation between them. I would have no hesitation in recommending STOiCA for those looking for a partner to transform their office space.  

Early on in the selection process for our office if out partner, it was apparent that Stoica would try just that bit harder than the other businesses that tendered.  We liked the fact they took time to understand what we did, the way we worked and the atmosphere we wanted our workspace to create.  Our team are delighted with the finished result and our Managing Director has already received many complements from visiting clients.

Ben and his team worked tirelessly to delivery our industrial look business college here in Watford. The design process was through, support throughout the project excellent and final product has exceeded all our expectations.
